Mohan Roy

Mohan is an accomplished professional investor with over 24 years of experience in the financial services sector, including 20 years in the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry. He has extensively worked with PE funds and institutional investors in the MENA region. He has also invested in and worked closely with numerous companies in diverse sectors and has demonstrated a successful track record of exits over a period of time.

He is instrumental in setting up a mid-market infra fund for MENA in collaboration with ENBD Capital for USD 300 million and an infrastructure debt fund for Africa with IDB for USD 1.0 billion.

Vijaykumar Narayan

Vijaykumar is an engineer and post graduate with over 25 years professional engagement experience with Halliburton, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, ONGC, Oil India, PDO, ADCO, SCOMI, GSPC etc. His business and project lead experience spreads across various industrial sectors and geographies in India, North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East.

Repertoire spanning from project conceptualisation, project development, project implementation through project life cycle, business research & analytics, business and corporate strategy, business structuring and fund raising both for Equity & Debt. Presently engaged in social impact, climate change, sustainable land and natural resource management projects, mentoring start-ups , management of special situations restructuring and funding.

Bandhan Gupta

Bandhan is a Professional Strategist with over 20 years of experience in creating many sustainable public private partnership projects valuing more than USD 2 Billion in the ASEAN region. He has established operational optimization across diverse industries in both national and international regions, enjoying excellent rapport with all levels of stakeholders to harness full potential.

He has a diversified background in technology & engineering (University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, USA), and hon. Ph.D. in Finance management. He is known for an entrepreneurial mindset and creating opportunities benefiting foreign entities wanting to expand businesses in the Indian Sub-Continent and vice versa. He specialises in end to end facilitation and execution by combining business acumen, policy planning & PR strategies to align business efficiency with long term profitable goals

Balu Datwani

Dr. Balram Datwani is a seasoned investor and promoter of various businesses, many of which still operate under his leadership and vision. His interest and exposure span across various business sectors such as automation, garments, real estate, chemicals, trading, entertainment, healthcare and infrastructure.

With a bank of invaluable experience across sectors, he also controls a property portfolio of very substantial value. His company, Clayton Finance has secondary business interests in the Import and Export of various items such as commodities, finished & raw materials for paint industries, copper, aluminum, chemicals & fragrant essences, oil etc. He is also a real estate developer with several projects in various stages of development.

Vibha Bhatnagar

Vibha is a financial architect and a visionary serial entrepreneur with a track record of converting radical concepts into profitable businesses. She has financial modelling, corporate and project structuring experience across multiple sectors including media, entertainment, automation, construction, energy storage and sustainable eco-tourism, and PPP projects.

She produced 36 full-length feature films in the Indian, Hollywood and British film Industries. Vibha is the co-founder and developer of a patented fully automated robotic car parking technology executing the first PPP project in Dubai. Thriving in multicultural environments, she has cultivated an extensive, high-trust international investment network. She has also co-founded her NGO PoEM Foundation.org.

Krishna is a transaction advisory and project development professional with more than 26 years of experience in developing infrastructure projects across multiple sectors in Middle East, Africa and India. He specialises in developing and implementing PPP and PFI in UAE, India, Europe, and Africa.

He has lead major inward PPP investments in most of the states as well as with the central government in India.

Prior to IL&FS, he worked in PwC on government policy and regulatory advisory across several infrastructure and PPP projects in Power, Ports, SEZ and Road development. He also developed tariff policy for ports, toll policy for roads and power sector tariffs.
